Effective date: February 23, 2026
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using Firexus services, you agree to these terms and all applicable policies referenced by them.
You are responsible for maintaining account security, safeguarding credentials, and ensuring information you provide is accurate and current. You must not share access in ways that violate your plan terms.
You agree not to use Firexus for unlawful, abusive, malicious, deceptive, or harmful activities, including phishing, malware distribution, service disruption attempts, or unauthorized data access.
Paid features require valid billing details. Charges, renewal cycles, and pricing are based on selected plans. You are responsible for taxes and any third-party payment processing fees where applicable.
Firexus works to maintain stable service availability, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance windows, network events, and third-party dependencies may affect uptime.
Firexus retains rights in its platform, branding, and proprietary materials. You retain rights to your submitted content and project data, subject to permissions needed for service operation.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Firexus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms as products and legal requirements evolve. Updated terms take effect upon publication with a revised effective date.
